Your role will involve:

• Reviewing financial performance and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement
• Managing staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties to circa 20 people
• Directing and coordinating planning, delivery, pricing and/or support of services
• Establishing and implementing departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures
• Overseeing the recruitment and selection processes and the training and development of new employees
• Determining goods and services to be delivered, and setting prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand

You will need:

• Experience of motivating and managing teams
• The ability to manage and deliver against KPI's
• Financial and budgetary management skills

An electrical background is advantageous but not essential.
