3D personnel's client requires a Site Manager for a  residential project in Portlaoise. This is a exciting opportunity for someone with a great company to work for who have a lot of work on at the minute. 
Position:- Site Manager
Location:- Portlaoise 
Pay:- €70,000-€80,000 + package  

Duties Include:

• Positively and actively drive towards an embedded HS&E
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Compile and implement the Project Execution Plan, with specific reference to the HSE & Quality plan.
• Review buildability and identify methods of construction with commercial or programme advantage where possible
• Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction of structures, facilities, and systems.
• Manage complete day to day life-cycle of project from initial stages through to hand-over
• Meet agreed objectives in the areas of timely delivery, cost, quality and client satisfaction
