Our client who has almost 50 years' experience within the construction Industry providing turnkey solutions in Building and Civil Engineering throughout Ireland and the UK are seeking a talented Site Manager to join their team on a project based in Moycullen, Co. Galway.
This project is a New Build Retail development with 2,278m² floor space. This company has a notable portfolio in Ireland including Industrial, Commercial, Retail and House Building.
Requirements
- Degree Qualified or Trade Background
- Minimum of 5-7 years management experience
- A proven track record in successfully delivering Medium to Large scale projects
- Sound knowledge of latest building regulation, legislation and Health and Safety
- Ability to provide clear leadership and direction to those under your control, while maintaining a professional manner is essential.
