Join a leading contractor within the Irish construction industry as a Site Manager on a large-scale Education Development in Kilkenny. This company have honed their skills and experience over 6 decades within the industry. They deliver projects across Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Hotel, Residential, Sport, Education, and the Healthcare Sectors. 

Role responsibilities:

• Providing clear leadership and direction to those under your control while maintaining a professional manner
• Managing the workflow of subcontractors, ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site

Role requirements:

• At least 7 years' experience working for a Developer or Main Building Contractor in Ireland or the UK
• A trade or degree qualified background
• A proven track record of having previously managed medium to large-scale projects
