Our client who are a leading building and civil engineering contractor, are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Dublin. This company have expertise across all sectors including Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Residential, Industrial/Data, Healthcare, Retail, Fitout & Educational. This is a permanent position and will be based on a Residential Development consisting of 122 Apartments. The successful candidate must have 7+ years Senior Management experience.

Requirements

• Trade Background or Construction related Degree (Essential)
• Minimum of 5-7 years Senior Management experience with a Main Contractor or Developer 
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• A proven track record in successfully delivering Medium to Large scale projects
