Our client who are a Construction Contractor within the Irish building industry are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Waterford City. This is a permanent position on a Residential development consisting of both houses and apartments. This project has just commenced and the company have a pipeline of work guaranteed for the next number of years in the South East. 

Requirements

• Trade background or Construction related Degree
• Good knowledge of latest building regulations and standards
• Proven track record having managed medium to large scale residential projects  
• Ability to manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
• 7+ years of Site Management experience
