Permanent Position 

Our client who are a privately owned company are seeking an experienced Bricklaying Facade Manager to join their team. This company are established over 70 years and are recognised today as one of Irelands leading building contractors with a proven track record in a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, data centres, industrial and education.

In this position, you will be based on a mixed-use development consisting of over 500 units in four multi storey blocks from seven to 13 storeys in height, with 7,111m2 commercial/retail and medical use space, over a 5,527m2 single level basement. Awarding bodies have recognised the company's continued excellence and achievements having won major awards from best managed company to consistent high achiever.

Your Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of bricklaying and facade construction on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety
• This role involves managing a team of bricklayers and subcontractors, coordinating with other construction managers, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with architectural designs, specifications, and local building codes.
