Role overview:

They are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in managing costs, contracts, and procurement for projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress, costs, and financial reports
• Conduct risk and value management and cost control
• Provide advice on contractual claims
• Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and architects
• Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors

Role requirements:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• At least 7 years' experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
