Position: - Quantity Surveyor

Salary;- €45K - €65K DOE + vehicle

Location:- Kerry (no travel)

3D Personnel's client are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor, a well-established and growing Civil Contractor with a range of construction projects. This job will be based in Co. Kerry.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day commercial measurement and reporting across allocated projects.
• Negotiate and obtain the best value with subcontract orders.
• Assist with the management of project budgets.
• Prepare Cost Value Reports.
• Submit Monthly Variations and manage Final Accounts.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2 - 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor for a Civil Contractor.
• Good knowledge of various forms of contract.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
