Job Description - Project Quantity Surveyor
Manage project cost aspects, collaborate for budget compliance, conduct cost analysis, and provide financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee: Cost-related aspects of construction project, from initial estimation to final accounting.
- Collaborate: Work with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless coordination.
- Deliver: Provide financial reports to stakeholders.
- Procurement: Facilitate procurement processes, securing materials and services cost-effectively.
- Negotiate: Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Cost Efficiency: Implement cost-saving strategies and adapt project plans as necessary.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of construction Quantity Surveyor experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
