Our Client is an international construction company primarily engaged in residential & commercial sector
They have a requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage a residential development in LImerick city  
Level 7 / Level 8 qualified with 4+ years relevant experience with either Main Contractor Building and/or Developer 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective delivery of all the commercial requirements of the project.
• Provide accurate and informed reporting of the commercial performance of the project.
• Managing the preparation and evaluation of subcontract packages and assist in the preparation of interim and final valuations.
