Our Client is an established national construction company
They have a requirement for Lead QS €75M Design & Build commercial project in Galway
Part new build, part refurb, live site - signature project for West of Ireland
The program is 3yrs - you will be office, site & wfh based
Ideally 8+ yrs experience coming from Main Contracting background
Appropriate 3rd level qualification with relevant cost management & procurement experience
Contract administration, subcontractor mgt & previous claims experience would be advantageous
Reporting to Regional Commercial Director your team will consist 2/3 QSs
Salary circa €100K DOE with car/allowance, fuel card, excellent contributory pension scheme, VHI, project related performance bonus etc
