Location: Cork

Salary: €45,000 / 60,000

I'm seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for one of Ireland’s leading Main Contractors for a new project in Cork.
 
 A very competitive salary package is on offer, which is negotiable based on your own experience and number of years as a Quantity Surveyor.

The role:
 
Working closely with the Senior QS, you will be responsible for; progress reporting, budgeting, agreeing final accounts, and much more.

Your position will be office and site-based and You will gain great experience working with experienced professionals on an interesting project.

 Requirements:

• Degree qualification - BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 2-4 years relevant experience
• Previous experience with a Building Contractor
• Proficient IT skills
• Commercial awareness & Contractual awareness
