Our client an established construction company focus primarily on residential, commercial & healthcare projects throughout Ireland
They have a requirement for QS with 5+ yrs experience QS'ing and/or Estimating experience   
Either Main Contractor / Sub Contracting or Development background
From land acquisition development proposals, traditional QS duties & estimating 
Projects range in value typically from €10M to €50M
Driving licence
Salary to €85,000 with car allowance + package
