Role responsibilities include:

• Oversee procurement process from sourcing to invoice clearance.
• Source suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Analyse bids and process purchase orders.
• Communicate with suppliers and accounts payable regarding invoice inquiries.
• Generate regular reports on purchasing activities.
• Maintain procurement schedules and negotiate vendor alliances. 

Role requirements:

• Third level qualification in construction or supply chain
• Previous Buying/Procurement experience in construction or engineering industries
• Experience working on pharma related projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Flexibility for travel in Ireland and Europe
