About the Role
Due to our continued growth/success, we are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Project Manager. Some of your key responsibilities will include;
  • Responsibility for the effective and profitable management of a project of high complexity or several separate projects as directed.
  • Accountable for the successful outcome of solar PV EPC(M) projects from financial close through commissioning, energization, and handover.
  • Leading and guiding project teams to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documentation and Company standards and procedures.
  • Value and manage variations, liaising with clients, contract administrator, and other relevant parties.
  • Suggest innovative and cost-effective methods and improvements to productivity and profitability.
  • Manage and co-ordinate project teams, instigate operational, functional, and management control processes to achieve objectives in accordance with Company policies and practices.
  • Responsibility for safety, industrial relations, environmental management, and operations to quality accreditation standards for the project(s).
  • Assist with technical due diligence in conjunction with other departments' needs as requested.
  • Facilitate effective feedback to internal and external resources to identify efficiencies and improvements in project quality, reliability, costs, schedule, or other parameters that enhance the Company’s strategic initiatives.
About You
Our successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following; 
  • Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a similar relevant degree.
  • At least 7+ years of successful project management track record in power, energy, or construction related industry.
  • Renewable energy experience, particularly in solar PV (highly desireable). 
  • Demonstrate strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • You will be a strong leader who can lead, consult, and support all team members in embracing and valuing the benefits of a proactive safety culture.
