Project Manager

3D personnel's client are looking for a project manager to look after a ESB works project. This is a exciting opportunity working on a long term project in the greater Dublin area with accommodation provided for the right candate 

85k + package with company van and Accomdation 

• Adopt “zero tolerance” to non-adherence to safe working, demonstrating the SUSA principles
• Undertake safety inspections
• Maintain responsibility for your personal health and safety whilst at work.
• Report areas of concern to the relevant person
• Prior to site, assist Contracts Manager with the compiling of the Construction Phase Health, Safety, Waste and Fire Plan
• Demonstrate a good level of financial knowledge in meeting the business and customer objective
• Be aware of the production, on-going analysis & mitigation of project risks
• Ensure staff you are responsible for understand their roles and responsibilities & manage them accordingly, providing guidance & training as necessary.
• Support and Develop good working relationships with Subcontractors and Supply Chain Partners to maximise efficiency and good production on site
• Organise, co-ordinate and control labour and material resources
• Attend regular meetings i.e. pre-start, client and site meetings and chair sub-contract meetings
• Ensure appropriate records are maintained throughout the project period and are suitably registered for archive purposes
• Provide a good quality technical/construction service throughout the Contract Period
• Maintain and control of all site records
• Deliver projects in line with client’s requirements – having first made sure that the requirements are fully understood
