Alpine Recruitment has been retained by an established small to medium sized Building Contractor / Developer to source a replacement for the outgoing MD and Owner. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the company, continuity of operations, staff, budgets & schedules, programs, tendering, drive growth etc, there is ample capacity to double the firms turnover. 
Strong commercial awareness, ambitious, delivery
Excellent communication and people management skills 
Projects typically include residential, schools, pharma, civic, commercial etc up to €10M
Current order book circa €30M 
Either commercially minded Project/Contracts Manager or technically focused Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager
10+ years construction experience
Basically carte blanche to manage and grow the company accordingly
Package includes defined profit share with the option MBO in time
