This company has an excellent reputation with being responsible for the development of highly regarded projects in the residential, commercial and the educational sectors. Working with this company will allow you to be exposed to high profile developments as well as working alongside some of the most experienced and skilled workers in their field. 

Your responsibilities will include:  

• Construct and maintain detailed programmes in P6
• Include subcontractors programmes into over plan
• Coordinate with estimators and the project teams on all programme aspects
• Follow through and follow up on tasks/milestones in the programme to drive project delivery
• Share programme information, risk and commercial issues to operational teams
• Update and monitor project progress, compile reports against project and contract requirements.

What you will need:

• Previous planning experience ideally with a main contractor
• Proficient in the use of P6

• Civil Engineering/Construction Management qualification
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in developing programmes
• Deadline focused
