This role would be of interest to a qualified Mechanical Engineer with large project experience who is interested in the opportunity of working in Mainland Europe on large scale construction projects – something different!!

Details:

Our client is a large international main contractor heavily involved in the construction of Data Centers. As the main contractor on these projects, they build them as a complete package from enabling/civil works through
structural build, M&E installation, and commissioning to final client handover. You will be working with a large main contractor within a strong and structured management team.

Duties:

• Manage relevant client communications


• Coordinate work with contractors to ensure services fit together


• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for construction activities


• Complete all HVAC deliverables within project and safety criteria


• Communicate with project team to sequence installation of pipework to meet scheduled dates


• Assess and manage the project commercially to validate the project on handover from estimating, and proceed through to full technical procurement of all equipment, specialist sub-contractors and suppliers


• Assist with documenting and costing of changes to the work scopes and preparation of the monthly valuations and final account

Requirements:

• 5 yrs plus experience working with a recognised Mechanical/Electrical contractor in process mechanical / pipework


• Third level qualification


• Excellent organizational and planning skills


• Ability to work as part of a team
