Position:       Site Manager - Fitout
Location:      Limerick 
Salary:          €70,000 - €75,000 
Experience:  5+ years

Alpine Recruitment have partnered with a Tier 1 construction services company who seek to appoint a  Site Manager in Limerick to oversee a large-scale fitout project
 
Hiring Company:
The client is known for delivering and successfully executing a diverse portfolio of projects throughout Ireland spanning various sectors, including Pharmaceutical, Residential, Healthcare, Commercial, Academia etc

Requirements:

• 3 years’ Site Mgt experience.
• Trade or degree qualified  
• Main Contracting background preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• A proactive, results-driven approach.
