Finishing Foreman - Tallaght
Permanent Position
Our client is an international building company and are recognised as one of Irelands leading building contractors with a proven track record in a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, data centres, industrial and education. They wish to recruit an experienced Finishing Foreman for large-scale high-density apartment project in Tallaght.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervision of subcontractors and others to achieve project production targets in line with programme.
• Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, quality standards and Health & Safety
• Evaluate and identify upcoming challenges to prevent emerging issues.
• Reporting work progress to Senior level Management
