Finishing Foreman - Limerick
Pharmaceutical Project
Our client who are a leading building and civil engineering contractor, are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team in Limerick. This company have expertise across all sectors including Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Residential, Industrial/Data, Healthcare, Retail, Fitout & Educational.
This position can either be paid on an hourly rate basis or through a direct salary - See details below.
Requirements
- Previous Finishing Foreman/Fit out Experience
- Trade Background or Construction related Degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years Senior Management experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- A proven track record in successfully delivering Medium to Large scale projects
You will be supported in your role by other management within the organisation and career progression is very much available. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established main contractor with a pipeline of works for the next several years.

You will be paid either by the hour or on a salary - Depends on your preference.
Hourly rates are in a bracket of €27 to €35 Per Hour (typically 50 hour weeks - good money to be made) This would include PAYE OR Self Employed setup. This would also include time and a half etc.
In terms of an offered salary, this would be in the region of €65,000 to €72,000 and would come with a vehicle/travel. Pension etc is also typically offered.
It's a great time to join their expanding organisation. There is typically a review after 6 months regarding performance and salaries/rates
