One of Ireland's top 5 construction contractors are actively seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team in Cork City Centre. With over 95 years experience in the construction industry, they have a reputation for completing prestigious projects and will offer you an engaging and fulfilling working environment.

Your Role will Involve: 

• Issue sub-contract and material enquiries.
• Chase tender returns and update enquiry schedule.
• Develop and fill gaps in tender, compile clarifications and estimator notes.
• Develop and assess a risk schedule and an opportunity assessment.
• Complete analysis of tenders and prices as received from supply chain.
• Complete tender submission including Form of Tender, Bills of quantities & associated commercial information.

What we are looking for: 

• Degree Qualified in the construction field (Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Technology)
• 6+ Years' experience in a similar role i.e. Estimating or Quantity Surveying role.
