Martin Reddin Limited one of Ireland's leading Construction companies, originating in Laois with significant projects across Ireland. Our clients include the Department of Education, HSE, The Digital Hub, and McDonalds Restaurants.
Currently we are seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic team delivering projects of varying values and complexity.
As Construction Estimator you'll ensure accurate cost forecasting to support competitive and successful project execution. You'll collaborate closely with the Managing Director and Contracts Team, managing estimates across sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, Education, Medical, along with Fit Outs.

Key Responsibilities/ Duties:
- Develop detailed project estimates, including materials, labour, and time.
- Prepare competitive proposals in line with client specifications.
- Source suppliers/subcontractors, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments for project-specific challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive estimate reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with teams to align estimates with project strategies.
- Monitor market trends and update cost databases.
- Evaluate completed projects to improve estimation accuracy.
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- 5–7 years of construction estimating experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
