Join a leading Irish developer that deliver prestigious, large-scale projects and oversee the design of their new homes, ensuring the highest standards in modern living space design.  In this role,  you will be responsible  for designing and managing technical aspects of projects, coordinating technical information from the granting of planning permission through to project completion

Your role will involve:

• Agreeing design deliverables with senior team
• Ensuring full coordination of all aspects of building design, including structures, M&E, façades, internal specifications, service strategies
• Managing design teams
• Developing project specific Design Briefs
• Appointment of external consultants
• Providing oversight to external design consultants from project inception to handover
• Overseeing technical specifications to meet clients' requirements within sales and budget constraints, working closely with in-house architects and external design team partners.
