Our Client is a national & international construction company
They have requirement for Design Manager to coordinate D&B for a substantial mixed residential project in Blanchardstown D15 within easy access M4 / M3 / M2 / M50. Your team will consist of a Design Coordinator & Document Controller.
You will also be involved in projects at pre-construction stage typically €50M - €200M across a variety of sectors
Work closely with CMs, PMs, estimating team, preconstruction team, consulting firms etc
Responsible for the management and flow of design information and design input of specialist subcontractors as required on high profile projects. Lead all aspects of design management & development, design workshops, work closely with client & subcontractors.
3rd level qualification in engineering or construction
Large-scale projects from design management leading to delivery on site.
Previous residential experience an advantage
Market leading salary, mileage, health insurance, car allowance, pension, 5 weeks leave etc
