Our client is a national construction company who undertake primarily residential & commercial developments & projects.
They have a requirement for an office-based Design Coordinator.

• 3rd level qualification in one or more of the following disciplines Architectural; Civil; Structural Engineer; Project or Construction Management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Design process in providing a platform for effective communication and coordination between Architects, Structural Engineers, and Service Engineers 
• Support the PM DM to ensure any Design development is communicated effectively 
• Support the Coordination and track the submittal and approval process of Designs and materials ensuring Client Representative sign off and approvals
• Support the development of look ahead plans
• Arrange & attend Site Meetings and record minutes as required

Salary negotiable with full package
