About the Company:

Join a leading Irish main contractor who specialise in both construction & civil engineering over the past 60 years. This company has an excellent reputation with being responsible for the development of highly regarded projects in the residential, commercial and the educational sectors. Working with this company will allow you to be exposed to high profile developments as well as working alongside some of the most experienced and skilled workers in their field. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage design delivery documentation
• Attend weekly design meetings
• Track the design schedule of information
• Attend technical workshop meetings with subcontractors to ensure what is being produced is in line with project requirements
• Compile compile Material / Technical "RDD" Submittals for issuance to the Design and Build team
• Update the design submissions tracker
• Maintain the RFI Tracker
• Coordinating all project BC(a)R related documentation with assigned certifier, design teams and subcontractors
• Assisting in the preparation of the O&M/Safety File and in BC(a)R submissions
• Attending BC(a)R meetings with design and project team

What you will need:

• Engineering background
• Experience in or exposure to working on a BCaR project would be beneficial
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Technical engineering knowledge
