Alpine currently has an opportunity for Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager with Tier 1 Contractor
Multi-phase residential project in Tallaght apartments & housing
You will have a proven track record in the delivery of large scale projects with main contractors or developers in Ireland or UK
Trade or degree qualified reporting to Regional Director
Team includes Site Manager, Site Engineers, Sr QS & GF
Strong appreciation of design, scheduling, value engineering, H&S, client facing etc
Six figure salary with company car/allowance, fuel card, up to 10% pension, VHI, bonus etc
