As the Commercial Director, you will be at the forefront of their strategic efforts and oversee their Network and In-home utilities divisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping their commercial strategy, forging key partnerships, and driving business development initiatives. Your role will involve:

• Taking responsibility for and governance of developing and tracking the Commercial strategy
• Ensuring that all projects are executed and delivered in line with budgeted costs and dates
• Monitoring business performance along with the productivity and margin of each contract and account
• Researching the market, identifying current and possible future trends and possible opportunities
• Proposing innovative ideas to grow the business

You will need:

• 8+ years' experience at a senior level in a Commercial role in the utilities industry
• Experience in developing, tracking and monitoring a commercial plan
• Experience of managing projects collaboratively across business units
• Demonstrated expertise in developing profitable growth strategies
• Chartered membership of RICS as Quantity Surveyor
• A third level Commercial related qualification

Experience in the Power industry would be advantageous
