3D Personnel are actively working alongside a well-recognised Property Developer. Due to their continuous growth, they are actively seeking a Junior Engineer to join their Wicklow based team on a permanent basis, working on a large-scale Residential project of initially 45units with the expectation of 500-600 units.

Ideal candidate would be a professional Individual with the expectations of working towards a Site Management/Project Management position down the line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Site Manager and Senior Site Engineer in the running of the site.
• Setting out, Marking Structures and levelling of the site.
• Assisting on all aspects of Site Management and project processes and procedures.
• Checking drawings and calculations.
• Making sure all quality and safety standards are met.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant Construction related Degree or Equivalent or working towards their Degree.
• Good Organisational and IT skills.
• Experience working with a main contractor is ideal but not essential.
• Ideally 1 year experience on site setting out.
• Highly motivated and Professional.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
