Our client is an established construction company building medium and large-scale projects throughout Ireland
Young dynamic innovative award-winning and sustainable Contractor they have built many key public & private projects nationally i.e. primary & secondary schools, third level campus buildings, pharmaceutical, low & high density residential, hotels, manufacturing facilities, life sciences, commercial, utilities, high-tec, healthcare and primary care centres etc
They have requirement for Design Coordinator in Limerick
Both office & site based
Work with Design Manager chair and minute weekly Design Team / Information meetings.
Work with Project Manager / Contracts Manager ensure design info is in line with the project requirement timelines.
Track the Design Release / Schedule of information.
Attend design / technical workshop meetings with the subcontractors and design teams to agreed systems / products.
Compile Material / Technical “RDD” Submittals (MTS / TS)
Update the Design Submissions tracker on a minimum weekly basis
Update the MTS/TS tracker
Maintain the RFI tracker.
Liaise with the project team and DT and issue agreed RFIs as required.
Work closely with the clients Assigned Certifier
Assist with BCAR management
Suitably qualified with DC experience
Relevant third level qualification
Main Contracting or Developer background preferred
Candidates coming from Design Consulting will also be considered
Drivers licence
