Client:
Our client is an established construction company delivering construction, infrastructure and fit-out projects in Ireland.
They are looking to recruit a Building Services Engineer (Electrical) in Dublin.
 
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the MEP Integration and Project delivery.  Ensure the finalisation of Building Services Installation and Commissioning programmes are aligned and integrated with the main Construction Programme.  Maintain focus and recognition of key risks.  Ensure the development and implementation of site-specific ITP &, Commissioning/Handover Plans are carried out with the MEP Contractors.  Support the tender and award of MEP packages in accordance with the required Project Pre Construction and procurement strategy.  Engage with the Utility companies.  Ensure Co-Ordination and Builders Works Drawings are provided by the MEP Contractor's for approval and Construction to meet the programme requirements.  Involvement across all areas of MEP construction including Estimating, Pre- Construction and installation, Commissioning, Demonstration and Handover.
 
Requirements:
Relevant Third level qualification in Building Services M&E or Trade.
5-7 years’ experience preferable Main Contractor experience, ideally projects in Data Centre/Industrial.
Excellent IT skills (Revit/BIM, Microsoft).
