Our client is an international construction company
Projects include life sciences, large-scale commercial, high-density residential, civil & infrastructure etc
Due to increased workload, new opportunity for a Senior/ Principal BIM Manager to lead manage the BIM Depts
Leading the information management of the team and lead the use of 3D models in the tender process
Lead the BIM process at organisational, programme and project level through:
Discovery and understanding, Project and programme BIM execution planning, BIM implementation, information management and supply chain management
BIM compliance checking and data verification
BIM/ technology
Understanding of the emerging technology market that can support delivery
Working knowledge of the roles and responsibilities relevant to a BIM enabled project
Working knowledge of the creation and maintenance of key BIM documentation
Working knowledge of a common data environment
BIM Software Expertise: Proficient in using BIM software..
Revit, BIM 360 / ACC, Navisworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD etc
Relevant construction qualification (Engineering, Construction Management, or similar).
5+ years of experience within the construction industry.
Knowledge of RFIs, Reviews, Technical Submittals, Assets, etc.
Ability to work independently & be self-motivated
Ability work in a diverse skilled team
Ability to define & write BIM strategies and implementation plans
Clear communication skills to all project stakeholders
Ability to lead project meetings
Please note this position is available in Limerick, Dublin, Cork or Galway
Hybrid / work from home may also be available
