Our client is an established construction company building medium and large-scale projects throughout Ireland
Young dynamic innovative award-winning and sustainable Contractor they have built key public & private projects nationally i.e. primary & secondary schools, third level campus buildings, pharmaceutical, low & high density residential, hotels, manufacturing facilities, life sciences, commercial, utilities, high-tec,  healthcare and primary care centres etc
They have requirement for BCAR Manager upcoming projects in Cork €200M+

Relevant third level qualification - engineering, architecture etc
Minimum 5 yrs experience BCaR, Assigned Certifier
Full interpretation architectural notes, project drawings, quality control plan & project guidelines
Site Inspections, ITRs, QMS
Large scale residential experience would be advantageous  

Salary €60K - €70K depending on experience with transport, pension, insurance, annual bonus etc
