Our client is a leading professional consultancy services to the global construction industry. With a deep knowledge and experience spanning a multitude of sectors including Commercial, Data Centers, Life Sciences, Healthcare, High-Tech Industrial, Hospitality, Education, Residential and Retail.

Position Summary:
Our client are looking for a strong team player with a passion for recruitment that is familiar with delivering a first class service in a busy environment. The recruitment team is responsible for the attraction of candidates at all levels across different departments on a global scale. The successful candidate will have strong networking skills, a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. The Recruitment Specialist will also have excellent industry knowledge as this will be a pre-requisite when meeting with hiring managers. The successful candidate will recruit on a global scale from our London office and report into the Group Recruitment Manager in our Dublin headquarters.

Role and Responsibilities:
 Screen and source active and passive candidates
 Manage live roles form inception to completion
 Interview candidates
 Attract passive candidates using Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn
 Write jobs specs according to branding guidelines
 Liaise with hiring managers
 Manage advertisements on various platforms
 Set up and manage the company’s alumni project

Desired Experience and Education:
 5+ years’ experience in a Construction recruitment agency or a high volume in-house role recruiting construction candidates.
 Excellent interviewing skills
 Previous experience working within the construction industry is essential
 Proven track record of hiring for high volume projects
 Excellent time management skills
 Highly motivated
 Database experience
 Proficient in Microsoft office
 Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop excellent relationships with hiring managers at all levels in the business
 The ideal candidate will be results driven, self-motivated and resourceful with excellent client relationship skills.
