Azon continues to work closely with a small to medium sized main contractor who are enjoying their best performing year since their formation over 20 years ago.
Our client who are a quality focused business with smart leadership and a well-defined growth strategy are seeking to hire an experienced Site Manager to grow with the business.
Azon has placed several people in this business and have received excellent reports back about the camaraderie within the company.
This is a new and permanent role in line with business growth and performance which will join the existing close knit team in driving further success.
This position represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager that likes to get things done professionally without unnecessary rigmarole or red-tape.
The role itself will involve working with a repeat client where a very healthy and positive relationship exists.
In this role you will run a site completely with respect to health + safety, programme and quality.
You will be supported at client / progress meetings by a contracts manager.
You will be coming from a main contractor background with approximately 5 years' experience at Site Manager level or having managed entirely a scope of works as a Section Manager or Senior Engineer.
Commercial experience in a controlled environment required.
You will most likely have a third level qualification and must be able to demonstrate discipline in written and verbal communication.
Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 depending on level of experience. These figures are guidelines and open for negotiation.
