Our client is an international family owned construction services company with offices and projects in Dublin and Europe,they work across a range of sectors including Residential, Restoration / Refurbishment, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical They are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.  

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be


  • Examination of tender/contract documentation.
  • Procurement and management of subcontracts and suppliers.
  • Preparation of Interim Applications for Payment, Variation Proposals and Claims.
  • Preparation and Agreement of Final Accounts.
  • Monitor Cash Flow and Prepare Cost Reports for Senior Management.
  • Document Control.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will have;


  • Relevant third level qualification.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant post-graduate experience with a Main Contractor.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of estimating from first principles.
  • Measurement and Take Off proficiency.
  • Proven record in appointing and managing subcontractor contracts.
  • Experience working with GCCC contracts advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, experience using BuildSoft and COINS would be advantageous
