M&E Commercial Manager- Data Centre, Holland

With over 40 year’s experience in building prominent substructures for many of the country’s largest main contractors across many sectors including residential, retail, mixed-use, education, healthcare, leisure, logistics and commercial our client are now in the position to provide a complete turnkey service within these sectors.

With a key upturn in work, an exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join as a commercial manager within the M&E division. The reason for this position is because the company are looking to bring someone to help manage the current workload of overseeing the delivery of a large Data Centre in Holland
 
As this is a key role you will need to have sound experience. Therefore, you will need to be a self-starter and be confident that you can bring business along with you through your existing contacts. This is a very attractive opportunity for someone who has been in there current position for a while and is now looking for a change where they can grow even more as well as help further establish this company.

Role requirements-

*Building services related degree, chartered or working towards)/ HNC or HND with appropriate design experience will be considered
*5 years' or more of experience
*Understand clients objectives and requirements
*Membership of a professional engineering body
*Excellent client facing and management skills
*Good knowledge of statutory legislation and standards
*Commercial awareness and acumen
*Ability to potentially bring business along with you
