An established company with extensive experience in construction across a variety of sectors are recruiting a Design Manager for a role in Dublin.  You will be working on either one large project or across two live projects and one at pre-construction stage.  The Design Manager will have direct reports including a Design Coordinator and Document Controller,

The successful candidate will 

• Manage the design process through working alongside the architects, estimators and contracts managers
• The role will involve the development of design and support of tender submissions. This company ensure the highest quality standards and actively embrace new technologies. What you will need:

• A construction related degree/ or diploma
• Design co-ordination experience and good knowledge of the construction industry
• Tender submission experience 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members
