ICDS Recruitment are working with one of Ireland’s most reputable and longest standing tier 1 main building contractors.

In a move to further strengthen business long term sustainability the company has leveraged its long term positive relationship with one of its key data centre clients who is a world-renowned brand.
This means that the company has been appointed as main contractor of choice for data centre developments throughout Europe.
This project will be based in Sweden near Stockholm and candidates will have the choice to be based in Ireland and fly out to the project, or to fully relocate to Sweden for the project. Both circumstances are financially supported by the company.
As Site Manager, you will report into the Project Manager and will be responsible for driving production of the project programme in the most effective way with respect to timeline, quality, safety and cost.
Within the first 12- 18 months of the project it is expected that the PM will return to company HQ creating the opportunity for this role to step into the PM function.
You will be coming from a Main Contractor environment and have either a trade or engineering background.
Specific sector experience not required.
You will have approximately 6 years professional experience from graduate level with 1 – 2 years foreman / site manager experience.
Salary + Accom + Flights + Tax free monthly subsistence.
