Integration Manager - Holland

Position Summary:
Reporting into the client’s regional integration manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing all of the integration activities associated with a data center campus in the Netherlands.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule and manage all of the integration activities associated with a data center campus in the Netherlands
  • Partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams (design engineering, construction, other project controls functions, finance, etc.) to understand requirements and ensure alignment to scope, schedule and budget
  • Engage related clients vendors that perform design and implementation services related to our support systems that are required for each data center
  • Track and ensure successful completion of all integration tasks associated with delivery critical milestones such as Colo Ready
  • Develop, track and provide oversight of all integration budget line items including vendor’s labor and equipment cost
  • Coordinate integration project meetings, site visits, trip reports and produce meeting minutes to coordinate and record project progress
  • Coordinate scope and change management activities across related teams for all of the integration services
  • Identify, track and manage project risks as well as raise awareness through the client leadership teams. Ensure proper communication with all stakeholders as well as develop and execute a mitigation strategy to minimize impact on overall program
  • Create project and regional level status reports and deliver presentations to senior management as necessary

Desired Experience and Education:
  • 7+ years’ experience in IT or construction related project management
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, construction management or similar experience
  • BICSI RCDD or similar Telecommunications Design/Installation Experience preferred
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience managing large scale enterprise projects with both localized and virtual teams
  • The ideal candidate will be results driven, self-motivated and resourceful with excellent client relationship skills
