The graduate programme is a senior management priority and assists in preparing graduates to make significant and valued contributions at an early stage in their careerWhat’s on Offer?This is a permanent position with an attractive salary and benefits package.Responsibilities:-Manage and support the Business Units’ Building Services technical co-ordination, to ensure timely delivery of all technical output to client and stakeholder satisfaction.-Review and Reporting on M+E subcontractors.-Mechanical and Electrical services co-ordination and review progress weekly-Support Mechanical and Electrical Supply Chain pre-qualification, estimating, technical and commercial evaluations to meet current and future needs and expectations.-Run Mechanical and Electrical technical co-ordination meetings-Ensure handover and commissioning programmes are in place on all projects and managed to achieve contract requirements.-Ensure Quality control of M+E installed works progressively clearing defects and supervising testing and commissioning.-Knowledge generation re. all technical products incl. statutory and regulatory developments.-Coordination of technical submittals, samples, product selection etc. within programme requirements-H&S coordination of subcontractors Qualifications-Have previously worked as a Building Services Engineer or Coordinator -Be Degree qualified-Have managed the M&E function on a new build / pharma project from start to finish -Process a minimum of 4 years post graduate experience -Ability to coordinate M&E design team and contractors on site|
